InCROM Group initially started in Japan in 1983 and was formed by the expansion of its parent company, Rabiton Institute Inc.. In 24 years, InCROM Group has achieved year on year growth. It has evolved from a domestic company that mainly supported Phase I clinical studies in Japan to a global corporation proficient in providing total support to its international affiliated network in Phase I - IV studies. To date, over 1200 protocols have been achieved via InCROM Group and over 28,000 volunteers are registered.
In July 2007,
InCROM Europe, one of InCROM Group's subsidiaries, was proud to announce the addition of the London based
InCROM Clinical Research Unit (ICRU). The InCROM experienced clinical team was transferred to the custom designed facility located in the heart of London, thereby creating a full service CRO.
Since InCROM Group's history is the longest in Japan, it corresponds that
InCROM Japan has developed a solid clientele base. Osaka Pharmacology Clinical Research Hospital (
OPHAC Hospital), launched in 2005, continues to show its strengths sand achievements. Sponsors, international or Japanese, are so satisfied with
