ICRU
ICRU was established by drawing on InCROM group's 25+ years experience in Phase I studies in combination with the achievements of InCROM Europe.
ICRU received MHRA Standard and Supplementary Accreditation in March 2009. The standard accreditation permits ICRU to perform all kinds of Phase I studies including First into Human studies for compounds that do not require CTEAG's review (Clinical Trials Expert Advisory Group of the Commission on Human Medicines). The Supplementary Accreditation permits ICRU to perform the full range of Phase I studies including trials requiring a review by CTEAG.

Staff
Our clinical teams have years of experience performing clinical trials with one of our PIs alone having worked on over 300 studies of which 60 were FIH trials. Our teams are dedicated to studies at an early stage and are able to offer guidance to Sponsors that don’t have a lot of experience performing studies and each study will always have a lead Project Manager that is supported by a Junior Project Manager which allows for efficient and effective communication between InCROM and our Sponsors. In addition, while legally not a requirement in the UK, InCROM Europe employs only CTAs with nursing qualifications, ensuring a higher level of care for our volunteers and a higher level of quality for our Sponsors.

4 wards of 6 beds and 2 wards of 3 beds. LAN ports and nurse call are also located next to each bed for volunteer comfort.
Volunteers can relax in the custom designed volunteer lounge equipped with TV, DVDs and internet facilities.
London Independent Hospital (LIH)
LIH is part of one of the BMI healthcare group that is one of the biggest private hospital groups in the UK and equipped with approximately 80 beds. ICRU is located on 2nd floor of London Independent Hospital (LIH) and service agreements with LIH gives InCROM Europe full access to all facilities within the hospital including their 200 registered doctors/specialists and medical equipments.
Imaging and Cardiology Suites
The London Independent Hospital is equipped with state of the art Imaging and Cardiology suites boasting the most up to date in Siemens and GE technology. As part of our agreement with the London Independent Hospital, InCROM are able to offer the use of this equipment to our Sponsors. The suites house the latest 128 slice CT scanner, MRI, Double Headed gamma camera and DEXA.
